Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal, release tension, create balance, all to promote harmony and attempt to return the body to its most natural state.

I have been spiritually learning for over 20 years and with the continual support of working with spirit I can help you work towards feeling more confident to make your own choices and accept your own pathway in life.

Body Massage
Enables the body’s circulation to improve and break down fatty tissue. Helps release tension and stresses so muscles feel relaxed and stimulated to leave the skin feeling nourished and renewed.

Indian Head Massage
A wonderful treatment that helps relax the body and the mind to provide stress relief and restore balance in our busy lives. Receiving the gentle massaging techniques to your shoulders, neck, head and face helps to promote energy levels and alleviate muscle tension.

Emotional Freedom Work (EFT)
EFT is a simple pain free non intrusive treatment that allows the release and diffusion of emotional issues. Negative emotions are caused by a disruption
in the body’s energy system. By learning the techniques and the tools of EFT you can reframe and rebalance yourself to move forward and change your subconscious response.
Clients will normally require 5 one hour sessions to achieve lasting results

Crystal Therapy
Each individual crystal has its own unique properties which work with the energy field and chakras to aid healing. Helps rebalance and create positive energy to continually flow.

Hopi Ear Candle Treatment
Specialist herb infused Hopi candles are warmed to enable the ‘smoke’ of the candle to take the herbal infusion into the ear cavity to facilitate healing, remove excessive build up of wax and release tension pressure in the ears, forehead and sinuses.

Relaxation Techniques
Enables the body and the mind to learn a variety of tools to relax and support confidence and self esteem building.

Holistic Training*
Delivering training workshops where basic holistic therapies can be learnt for personal use.
